At Kita ZugWest, continuing education is a priority. Not only are we currently training 5 apprentices – we also organize a full day of continuing education for the entire team once a year.
This year, in the morning, we dealt with our own values, with the values that are important for the children in the daycare center and their parents.
In the afternoon Kathrin Künzle from the Künzle Organization introduced us to the world of etiquette. We were instructed in style on the topics of greetings, appearance, parent meetings, aperitifs and small talk – values that we can also apply in our daily lives.
